    Kate accepts briefs in all areas of law.

    Prior to coming to the Bar, Kate was a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Group at Herbert Smith Freehills, where she worked on commercial and regulatory matters. Kate was also Tipstaff to the Hon Justice Leeming of the New South Wales Court of Appeal from January 2015 to August 2016.

    Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons 1) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons 1) from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Civil Law (Dist) from the University of Oxford. She has received a number of academic prizes and scholarships, including the Ludlows Award for highest mark in the New South Wales Bar Exam.
