Harriet accepts briefs in all areas of law, but her practice focuses principally on international arbitration. She is experienced in contractual claims, class actions, competition claims, misfeasance claims, shareholder disputes, corporations law, and misleading and deceptive conduct claims.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Harriet was a Senior Associate at Ashurst, where she instructed in international arbitrations and Australian court proceedings large, high value claims concerning contract and joint venture disputes, significant infrastructure projects, and cross border disputes.
