Katie accepts briefs in all areas of law but specialises principally in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Prior to coming to the Bar Katie was in practice as a solicitor at Allen & Overy in Sydney. She has also practised extensively as a solicitor in London at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where she was a Senior Associate with over ten years experience in the International Litigation and Arbitration group managing high value and complex cross-border litigation, investigations, and arbitrations (including under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and LCIA rules).
