Robert accepts briefs in all areas of law, but specialises principally in commercial law, competition and consumer law, regulatory proceedings, and property.
Prior to coming to the Bar Robert practised as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills, working on a number of significant cases including the merger of Tabcorp and the Tatts Group, and the Cash Converters class action proceedings. Robert's experience before the Bar also took in a stint as the Tipstaff to the Hon Justice PLG Brereton at the Supreme Court of NSW.
